Eric Kuehner
Sectional Coach - Bassoon
Eric Kuehner coaches bassoon for the South Bend Youth Symphony orchestras. He has a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Valparaiso University and played bassoon and contrabassoon in the South Bend Symphony from 1980-2019. He has played bassoon for the Southwest Michigan Symphony Orchestra in Saint Joseph, Michigan, the Elkhart Symphony and the LaPorte Symphony in Indiana. He is the bassoon instructor for the University of Notre Dame, Saint Mary’s College, Indiana University South Bend and Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan and also teaches privately.
