Chamber Music Program

SBYSO is proud to collaborate with the Fischoff Chamber Music Academy, which offers exceptional chamber music opportunities to our young musicians. Students can register as part of a pre-formed chamber ensemble, or will be placed into a group appropriate for their skill level. The Academy, an educational program under the Fischoff National Chamber Music Association, provides comprehensive coaching from professional musicians; outreach performance opportunities; and masterclasses with world-class ensembles.

SBYSO students are encouraged to apply, as being in a chamber ensemble not only strengthens individual musicianship and ensemble skills but also fosters leadership, collaboration, and community engagement–values at the core of SBYSO’s mission.

SBYSO students who are also enrolled in Fischoff will receive a tuition discount for both organizations.
